Here is how we use the information that you provide as well as information derived from your device:
Your name, email address, phone number and address is only required if you wish to make a booking at your location or place an order with us. You can use the app to browse our service and product catalogs without having to signup.
A physical address is required for bookings at your location or for order delivery purposes. We don't collect any information based on the physical location of your device at any time.
Your name, email and phone number is used for us to identify you if we need to contact you outside of the useage of the app in the case of having to follow up if anything goes wrong with a booking, order or a delivery. We also use this information on invoices and receipts we send to you.
Your device has an identifier that we use to enable us to send you push notifications about the status of your booking requests, cancellations, orders and deliveries. Notifications are only sent in relation to bookings or orders that have been placed. You can disable or enable notifications from your device's system setup page.
We do not use any third party analytics and won't share your information with anyone else.
You can choose to delete your account at anytime at which time we will remove all of your information from our database.
You can delete your account by navigating to your user profile and clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
Inside the app we post bits of information that you may to choose to comment on or 'like'. None of our other customers will see your interaction with us.
